most recently served for 12 years as a member of the management and head of the legal department with responsibility for various countries in a US software company operating around the globe.

Before that, Petzold worked as an executive in-house lawyer with international operational responsibility in the legal departments of two renowned IT companies.

For several years, he also headed an integration team that is responsible for the operational and legal integration of numerous international enterprises as M&A integration manager.

Being intimately familiar with the structures, the business and sales models as well as the business processes in companies, Petzold is able to effectively use his experience as a legal interim manager, providing legal guidance and operational support to companies in Germany and overseas.

Karl-Heinz Hetfleisch-Wenzel, Lawyer

served in various executive functions in the legal and HR fields for more than a decade. The range of companies for which he has worked extends from the largest US conglomerate to medium-sized IT businesses. Hetfleisch-Wenzel is familiar with manufacturers and trading companies alike.

His fields of responsibility are closely associated with his main fields of expertise, such as the elaboration and negotiation of complex sales and purchasing agreements, project agreements (especially in IT outsourcing and cloud computing) and M&A agreements.

Apart from legal subjects, Hetfleisch-Wenzel is also familiar with the subject area of HR and has in-depth knowledge in the field of recruitment, particularly of interim managers.
